What happens to my smart meter if I move?

Moving house means leaving your smart meter behind.

When you move, the smart meter will remain where it is. However you can transfer your existing Mojo account to your new address (as long as it is in an area we service) and we will arrange for a smart meter upgrade at your new home if it doesn't already have one.

Please remember to let us know at least 3 business days’ before moving out so we can arrange a final meter read at your existing home.
