Understand the process
Updating your MyMojo password is easy. Simply click 'Forgot password?' on the log in page (underneath the yellow Login button) and follow the prompts.
- Click 'Forgot password?' and a space to enter your email address will appear.
- Enter your registered email address, press 'Reset password' and instructions will be sent to your email address.
If it says “we can’t find a user with that e-mail address”, this could be because you're entering an email address that is different to one you have registered with Mojo. Alternatively, if you don’t have an email address registered, we will need to set one up for you to access your MyMojo account.
